Return Policy

All sales are Final Sale and we do not offer returns. 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at TheNeeleyDesignCowholesale@gmail.com with information about your order to discuss a refund or exchange.

Items that do not meet this criteria will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. 

Sezzle Returns:

If you used SEZZLE as your form of payment and you decide to return your item(s), you will still be responsible for making your SEZZLE payments. We are NOT AUTHORIZED to make changes or cancel SEZZLE payments. SEZZLE is an independent company outside of The Neeley Design Co Wholesale to provide you with the option to pay over time. Choosing to pay with Sezzle, you have made the agreement with the company and The Neeley Design Co Wholesale is not responsible for any and all issues with Sezzle. Please contact Sezzle with any questions or concerns of payments. 

Any shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Errors/Damaged Items:

If by chance you receive the wrong/or defective item(s), The Neeley Design Co Wholesale will pay for the return shipping but remember item(s) must be unwashed, unused, and still have lid and straws. In the event we begin offering more items than tumblers items will have to be unwashed, unworn, smell free and original tags still attached.

If the incorrect item(s) is received or your order is damaged, you must report this issue via email to Theneeleydesigncowholesale@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the order. There will be no exceptions to this 3 day grace period for returning incorrect or damaged item(s). If tags are removed before noticing error/damage, the item(s) cannot be returned. If the item is damaged during wash and/or wear we cannot accept the return of item(s). 

Disclaimer: We are a Wholesale company and distribute manufactured goods. We are not responsible for any legal action taken against your company. The Neeley Design Co Wholesale is held harmless in all resale of our products.
